What do these types mean?

Subject: What your town's rules cover — zoning, floodplain, solar energy, animals.
Parcel: A property, by its address.
Ordinance: A law, by the number it was adopted under.
Project: A named development — a subdivision, a village, a farm.
Permit: A permit or case file.
Person: Someone named in the record — an official, an applicant, a speaker.
