Owner 100 Olde Point, LLC proposes to administratively combine three deeded parcels at 100 Olde Point Village (Map/Parcel 57/231, 1.042 acres, Town Center zoning) to construct a 1,507 sq ft Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru and pick-up service only and is requesting Minor Site Plan Approval. The original site plan was submitted January 5, 2026; STAC reviewed the plan February 4, 2026 and again on July 16, 2026.
