These are the draft minutes of the Centreville Town Council meeting on April 16, 2026. The Council approved prior meeting minutes, heard a citizen express financial concerns about a proposed wastewater treatment plant expansion, and received a utility rate study presentation with a request for more comparative and phased-option analysis and a future work session.
