These are the minutes of the Centreville Town Council meeting held October 2, 2025. The Council met in closed session beforehand to consult with counsel on business expansion and contracts (no actions taken). In open session: Fishing Derby winners were presented and Steven K. Kline was sworn into the Board of Appeals; a motion to approve 14 EDUs for the proposed Blue Crab Car Wash on Laser Drive (using new water‑recycling equipment) failed on a roll‑call vote and the applicants said they will return.
