Town Council — 2021-06-03

The June 3, 2021 Centreville Town Council meeting convened at 7:03 p.m.; council and staff attendance, the Pledge, and a moment of silence were recorded and Joseph Brown’s electronically submitted citizen comment was read aloud. Council unanimously approved Ordinance 06-2021 adopting the Town FY2022 Budget and unanimously adopted the May 20, 2021 meeting minutes. A public hearing was held on Ordinance 11-2020 to allow museums by right in the R-2 residential zoning district (Council had revised buffer yard requirements for non‑residential single‑family dwellings); one speaker voiced support, no opposition or written objections were received, and the hearing was adjourned.
