These are the minutes of the Centreville Town Council meeting held March 4, 2021. Council approved the February 25, 2021 minutes as amended, held a closed session (6:34–6:55 p.m.) to consult with counsel on developer agreements and to discuss employee compensation with no actions taken, and had no citizen comments. Appearances included promotion recognitions for Corporals Todd E. Svehla and John A. LaBelle, swearing in of Chrissy Chisolm to the Board of Supervisors of Elections (term to April 2024) and a presentation by Board members, and a broadband update from Queen Anne’s County IT Manager Megan DelGaudio about pending increased service from several providers and a state speed survey link (https://maryland.speedsurvey.org/). In old business the Council read Ordinance 03-2021 (North Brook Phase III deed of dedication) for a second reading to be considered March 18, discussed attendance limits for the Maryland Municipal League summer conference, and confirmed Image Engineering reserved for July 3 fireworks with a county donation request.
