Town Council — 2020-10-15

This is the Town Council reorganizational meeting of Centreville held October 15, 2020. The Council approved the October 1, 2020 minutes and heard no public comments. The Board of Supervisors of Elections certification (October 5, 2020) was read, confirming the election of Robert R. Hardy, Jr. and Steven K. Kline to three-year terms and Jeffrey D. Kiel and Shelby Brown to two-year terms; outgoing Council President Jeffrey C. Morgan was recognized and praised for accomplishments during his tenure. Katherine Hager, Clerk of the Circuit Court, administered the oaths of office to the four new council members who were then seated, and Timothy E. McCluskey was elected Council President for 2020–2021 by unanimous vote.
