Town Council — 2020-03-12

This is the Town of Centreville Council reorganization meeting held March 12, 2020. The council administered the oath to new member Joshua E. Shonts, presented outgoing member Jim A. Beauchamp with a Key to the City, elected Jeffrey C. Morgan as Council President and Timothy E. McCluskey as Vice President, and made liaison appointments to the Planning Commission, Park Advisory Board, and Queen Anne’s County Council of Governments. The council approved six citizen-paid televised Council meetings, agreed to follow Queen Anne’s County COVID-19 policies, and reviewed draft charter amendment resolutions — agreeing to advance Resolutions 01-2020, 02-2020, 06-2020, 07-2020, 08-2020, 09-2020, and 10-2020 while deleting Resolutions 03-2020, 04-2020, 05-2020, and 11-2020 (to be renumbered as needed).
