Minutes of the December 19, 2019 Centreville Council of Five Ad Hoc Committee meeting: members elected Eric Johnson, Jr. as Chair and Joe Saboury as Vice Chair, reviewed Town Council deliverables (including a $5,000 budget and a requirement to provide at least five transition ideas), and discussed districting, term lengths (majority favored four-year terms), and staggered terms.
