Planning Commission — 2023-12-06

These are the minutes of the Centreville Planning Commission work session held December 6, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Liberty Building, called to order by Chair Kara Willis with Commissioners Tim Zuella, Mitchell Delaney, Wendy Emerson, Town Council member Daniel B. Worth, Town Planner Stacey Dahlstrom, and Administrative Assistant Betty Jean Hall present. The commission finalized Table 2 (noting commercial infill uses are based on the town’s set‑aside for the business park and county complex), directed Map 1A Growth Areas 4 and 5 lower boundaries to match parcel lines, created Map 1B tier designations (Tier I: currently sewered; Tier II: planned for sewer; Tier IV A: conservation with no major subdivisions on septic), agreed to change the tier map color from red to blue, included 2009 design standards as an appendix and implementation item, completed miscellaneous renumbering of figures/tables/footnotes, noted Town Council will hold a public hearing on adoption of the Comprehensive Plan on December 14, and scheduled the next regular Planning Commission meeting for January 17, 2024. The meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m.
