These are the minutes of the Centreville Planning Commission work session on July 5, 2023, focused on a line-by-line discussion of the Draft Comprehensive Plan. Commissioners reviewed organizational changes (revised Table of Contents, chapter reorder, glossary insert) and instructed specific text and map edits across many pages, including encouragement of mixed-use development along Pennsylvania Avenue, removal of PUD from Map 4, and clarification of a PUD flexibility approach for qualifying tracts (e.g., parcels 10+ acres).
