Planning Commission — 2022-10-19

The Planning Commission met on October 19, 2022 and approved the September 21 minutes. The Commission approved a Preliminary Site Plan and Preliminary Minor Subdivision for a proposed Taco Bell on part of Parcel 98 (Rt. 213 and Laser Drive) with conditions: the applicant must obtain all required local, county, state and federal approvals and permits, and bufferyard requirements and signage standards must be reviewed to the satisfaction of Town staff prior to Final Site Plan review.
