This record is the minutes of the Centreville Planning Commission work session on June 2, 2021. The main items were a discussion of accessory structures and a review of material for the Comprehensive (Community) Plan land use chapter. Jakubiak also circulated a preliminary draft of Chapter 4: Land Use for the Community Plan with a proposed organization (Introduction; Existing Pattern of Use; Plan for Land Use; Objectives; Future Land Use Map; Recommendations; Downtown; PUD/Future Neighborhoods; Public Facilities; Business Park; MD 304 Corridor; Greenbelt) and included descriptive text about downtown, residential patterns, the Centreville Business Park, and an emerging institutional center along Railroad Avenue.
