Planning Commission — 2020-02-19

The Centreville Planning Commission met February 19, 2020 and took several land-use and procedural actions. They conditionally approved a lot line adjustment for parcel 957 (Lots 5 & 6 Glendale Avenue and Lots 9 & 10 Windsor Avenue, MC Ventures, LLC) subject to a finalized legal agreement referencing plat revisions, execution of a public works agreement, possible Fire Marshal review of a revised site plan, completion of road improvements before home construction, and encouragement to provide a sidewalk connection to the Millstream Trail; easement language will be included in deeds. They approved removing the lot line between Lots 15 and 16 on parcel 1322 (149 Wharf Lane) to create a single lot. The commission discussed the Comprehensive Plan (including a growth projection to 2045, street system organization, open-space connectivity, and future water & sewer) and noted the annual report is nearly complete, and they amended the bylaws to allow the Chair to vote.
