Ethics Commission — 2021-08-12

The Centreville Ethics Commission met on August 12, 2021 at Town Hall; members present included Chair Martha Herman, Vice Chair Carrie O’Connor, member Lucy Ickes-Marks, Town Manager Steve Walls, and Town Clerk Carolyn Brinkley, and the meeting was called to order at 10:34 a.m. The Commission unanimously approved the August 5, 2020 minutes and unanimously elected Carrie O’Connor as Chair (three-year term) and Lucy Ickes-Marks as Vice Chair (three-year term). The Commission reviewed financial disclosure statements for Eric B. Johnson, Jr., Ashley H. Kaiser, and Timothy E. McCluskey, found each to be complete with no errors or omissions, and the meeting was adjourned unanimously following a motion by Ms. Herman (recorded adjournment at 11:15 p.m.).
