Ethics Commission — 2020-07-24

These are the minutes of the Centreville Ethics Commission meeting held July 24, 2020, called to order at 10:09 a.m. at Town Hall. Present were Chair Martha Herman, Vice Chair Carrie O’Connor, member Lucy Ickes-Marks, Town Manager Steve Walls, and Town Clerk Carolyn Brinkley. The Commission unanimously approved the January 30 and July 9, 2020 meeting minutes. They reviewed the financial disclosure statements for Shelby Brown and Fred M. McNeil, found both complete, and unanimously accepted them on a motion by Chair Herman (seconded by Ickes-Marks). The Commission scheduled its next meeting for Thursday, August 6th at 10:00 a.m. at Town Hall, and adjourned unanimously at 10:25 p.m.
