This is the agenda for the Centreville Economic Development Authority meeting held May 19, 2026 at Centreville Wharf. It lists attendees and presenters (town officials, Main Street manager, local realtors, business owners, and economic development staff), and sets the meeting actions: member introductions, open discussion of economic development ideas and priorities including the Pennsylvania Avenue Project, selection of a CEDA chairperson, and scheduling the next meeting for June 23 at 6:00 PM. The packet also includes information on the BOOMS Tracker (a property-level database tool) describing how it can track vacancies, ownership, repair needs, support façade-improvement grant work, analyze housing units, generate leads for vacant properties, highlight upper-floor availability, and help coordinate with local economic development staff. Finally, two concept-design options from the Centreville Heritage Management Plan (dated August 14, 2013) for the Railroad Property are attached: Option 1 shows about ±36 apartment units with 76 off-street parking spaces, promenades, a plaza and stormwater facilities; Option 2 shows village cottage lots, townhome lots, garages, a path to the senior center, and other amenities and parking configurations.
