This is the Administrative Subdivision Review Checklist (per §18:1-169) used to review subdivision applications that include a plat. It enumerates follow-up steps, required documents and notifications (application accuracy, fees, town notification within 1 mile, adjacent owner and Fire/EMS notice), and required submittals (mylars, paper copies, CAD). The checklist specifies plat content and labeling requirements (scale, project name, surveyor/engineer name and seal, north arrow, key map, revision block, nonconformity and supersession statements) and detailed land-description items (existing and resulting lot lines, metes and bounds, areas to nearest .01 sq ft, setbacks, road frontage, critical area designations, MALPF checks and coordinator notification). It also lists required signed certifications from the owner, surveyor, Dept. of Environmental Health, Dept. of Public Works, and Planning & Zoning, and calls for GIS/Google aerials and agency distribution as needed.
