NOTICE OF HEARINGS BOARD OF APPEALS OF QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY The following applications have been made under §18:1 of the Code of Public Laws of Queen Anne’s County requesting the relief set forth below. Take notice that these applications shall be considered at a public hearing on Wednesday, the 15th day of April, 2026, at the times designated below, in the office of the Board of Appeals, 110 Vincit St., Centreville, MD 21617. CONTINUED HEARING NO. 1 5:00 P.M. Application by: Shipping Creek Partners, LLC Case No: BOA-25-10-0231 Requesting variances from § 18:1-41: 1) 150 ft limit and 2) ½ the distance from mean high water to the centerline of the body of water to replace an existing pier with improvements at a total length of approximately 162 ft from the mean high water line. The subject property is located at 304 Butlers Landing Drive near Stevensville MD in the 4th Election District and is located in the Neighborhood Conservation-2 (NC-2) Zoning District and Critical Area Limited Development Area (LDA).
