The property is 1.24 acres and known as 110 Watson Road, which is zoned R-2, located entirely within the Critical Area on land designated as Resource Conservation Area (RCA) and Intensely Developed Area (IDA). It is further described as Parcel 1295, Tax Map 35H, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Darryl Savage. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
