12.5-acre Buffer
´ 11.7 acres of existing woodlands will be protected.
´ Afforestation of the 1.56-acre expanded Buffer
´ Nearly 25 percent of the site will be in woodland
habitat.

the planting mix as well as pollinator plant mix and
will be shown in the final buffer management plan
´ An additional 0.85 acres of “buffer to the buffer”
