TOWN COUNCIL OF CENTREVILLE RESOLUTION 10-2024 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF CENTREVILLE TO REMOVE FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES FROM THE EAST SIDE OF LIBERTY STREET IN FRONT OF 100 COURTHOUSE SQUARE WHEREAS, Section 154-24 of the Code of the Town of Centreville authorizes the Town Council to designate no-parking areas by Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Council believes the four (4) parking spaces in front of 100 Courthouse Square on the East side of Liberty Street reduce visibility and should be removed and designated as no- parking areas. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF CENTREVILLE: Section 1. The Four (4) parking spaces on the east side of Liberty Street in front of 100 Courthouse Square shall be removed and the area designated as a no-parking area. Section 2. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever additional actions are reasonably necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution; Section 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately. READ AND PASSED THIS ______________ day of _______________________, 2024.
