NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals
under the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, a municipal corporation of the
State of Maryland, by Queen Anne’s County Board of Zoning Appeals, Case No. SE-03-
22, requesting a special exception under the authority of Article VI, Section 170-59(B)
Board of Appeals Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to
permit the applicant to construct a government office building/public structure, pursuant
to Article III, Section 170-20 C.(5) of the Centreville Code.
The property involved is shown as Parcel No. 0060 on Tax Map 044F, Lot 19B,
in the Third Election District of Queen Anne’s County, is located at the intersections of
Vincit Street and Railroad Avenue as well as the intersections of Ruthsburg Road and
John Andrews Boulevard in the Town of Centreville, and is located in an R-2 zone.
Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on
Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Liberty
Building at 107 N. Liberty Street, Centreville, Maryland 21617.
