Off-Street Parking Dimensions for parking areas requiring all entrances from public or private streets to be at least 7’6” from side lot lines; to reduce the requirement from the right side lot line at 216 N. Commerce Street from 7’6” to 0’5” to allow construction of a mixed-use building. The property is 216 N. Commerce Street, which is zoned CBD and is further described as Parcel 0778, Tax Map 44C, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Tred Avon Partners, LLC.
