Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals under the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, by Jane Keller and Gordon Bjorkman, Case No. SE-01-23, requesting a special exception under the authority of Article VI, Section 170-59(B) Board of Appeals Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to permit the
applicant to operate a short-term rental, pursuant to Article III, Section
170-20 C.(6)
of the Centreville Code.
