The Town of Centreville 101 Lawyers Row Centreville, MD 21617 410-758-1180 fax 410-758-4741 www.townofcentreville.org NOTICE OF HEARING Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Rudolf and Nicole Ashley Leuschner, Case No. SE-03-26, requesting a Special Exception under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (B) Board of Appeals Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to permit the applicant to operate a short-term rental within an existing single-family dwelling, pursuant to Article III, Section 170-20 C (6) of the Centreville Code. The property is located at 119 Watson Road, which is zoned R-2 and is further described as Parcel 1299, Tax Map 035H, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Rudolf and Nicole Ashley Leuschner. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
