Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Mr. Winfield Scott Jones, Case No. V-01-26, requesting a variance requesting two (2) variances under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-39 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance from the strict application of Chapter
170-39 Accessory
Uses and Structures; Fences, and Chapter 170, Article IX, Attachment 2, Schedule of Zoning Regulations of the Town Code, as follows:
1. A variance to permit the construction of an accessory structure (shed) on a corner
lot; and
2. A variance to exceed the maximum allowable 30% lot coverage in the R-2
district.
