The property is located at 202 S. Liberty Street, which is zoned R-2 and is further described as Parcel 1027, Tax Map 044C, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Oksana Chomenko and Daniel Katz. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
