The property is 110 Watson Road, which is zoned R-2 and is further described as Parcel 1295, Tax Map 35H, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Darryl Savage. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
