NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Mr. Darryl Savage, Case No. V-01-25, requesting a variance under the authority of
Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59
(C) of the Zoning Ordinance from the strict application of Chapter 170-39, Accessory Uses And Structures, to reduce the required front and side-yard setbacks (§170 Attachment 2, Schedule of Zone Regulations), and to allow the demolition and construction of a detached accessory structure in the same location to the North West of the existing home.
