The Town of Centreville 101 Lawyers Row Centreville, MD 21617 410-758-1180 fax 410-758-4741 www.townofcentreville.org NOTICE OF HEARING Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Mr. Darryl Savage, Case No. V-01-25, requesting a variance under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance from the strict application of Chapter 170-39, Accessory Uses And Structures, to reduce the required front and side-yard setbacks (§170 Attachment 2, Schedule of Zone Regulations), and to allow the demolition and construction of a detached accessory structure in the same location to the North West of the existing home. The property is 110 Watson Road, which is zoned R-2 and is further described as Parcel 1295, Tax Map 35H, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Darryl Savage. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
