August 25, 2023, Meeting Minutes • Ms. O’Conner made a motion to accept the August 25, 2023, meeting minutes, as presented. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. New Business a. Review of Financial Disclosure Forms • Sandra L. Huffer The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Sandra L. Huffer and was found to be complete. Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the financial disclosure statements and certificates of nomination for Sandra L. Huffer, as presented. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Motion to Adjourn There being no further business, Ms. O’Connor made a motion to adjourn the August 14, 2024, Centreville Ethics Commission meeting.
