Beauchamp, and Sandra Lee Huffer; Town Attorney Sharon VanEmburgh; Town Manager Carolyn Brinkley; Town Clerk Gaye Adams; and, for part of the meeting, Finance Director Karen Luffman, Finance Specialist Ashely Russ, and Chief Robert Hobbs.

Closed Session Announcement regarding: Town Council Closed Session April 3, 2025 (i) The Town Council met in closed session on Thursday April 3, 2025, at _6:07___ p.m. to discuss personnel and seek counsel on a legal matter in accordance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act. (ii) Five members of the Town Council voted to close the session. (iii) The authority to close the session is found in Section 3-305 of the General Provisions Article. (iv) The Town Council discussed the following topic: • Personnel- Discuss Boards and Commissions • Consult with counsel on a legal matter. • Employee matter Actions: The following members and staff were present: Ashley H. Kaiser, President; Jeffrey D. Kiel, Vice President, Daniel B. Worth, Jim A. Beauchamp, and Sandra Lee Huffer, Members; Sharon VanEmburgh, Town Attorney; Carolyn Brinkley, Town Manager; and Gaye Adams, Town Clerk, for part of the meeting Karen Luffman, Finance Director, Ashely Russ, Finance Specialist, and Chief Robert Hobbs.
