Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Tred Avon Partners, LLC, Case No. V-02-24, requesting a variance under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance from the strict application of Chapter
