Centreville Ethics Commission Meeting August 6, 2020 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES
The August 6, 2020, Centreville Ethics Commission meeting was called to order at 10:45 a.m. at the Town of Centreville, Town Hall, 101 Lawyers Row. The following members and staff were present: Martha Herman, Chair; Carrie O’Connor, Vice Chair, via FaceTime; Lucy Ickes-Marks, Member; and Carolyn Brinkley, Town Clerk.
Approval of Minutes a. July 24, 2020 Meeting Minutes
• Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the July 24, 2020 meeting minutes, as presented. Ms.
Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
New Business a. Review of Financial Disclosure Forms
• Dale Franklin Becraft
The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Shelby Brown and was found to be complete. Ms. Herman made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for Dale Franklin Becraft, and found no errors or omissions. Ms.
Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
• Anne Lane
The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Anne Lane and was found to be complete. Ms. Ickes-Marks made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for Anne Lane, and found no errors or omissions. Ms. O’Connor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
• George G. Sigler
The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for George G. Sigler and was found to be complete. Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for George G. Sigler, and found no errors or omissions. Ms.
Herman seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
• Daniel B. Worth
The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Daniel B. Worth and was found to be complete. Ms. Herman made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for Daniel B. Worth, and found no errors or omissions. Ms.
O’Connor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
Motion to Adjourn There being no further business, Ms. O’Connor made a motion to adjourn the August 6, 2020 Centreville Ethics Commission meeting. The motion was seconded by Ms. Ickes-Marks and the meeting adjourned unanimously at 10:54 p.m.
