Park Advisory Board Annual Tree Board Meeting via zoom - 6:00 PM Minutes - February 1,2022 The February 1,2022 Annual Tree Board meeting was called to order by Michael Whitehill, Chair at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The following members and staff were present: Mike Whitehill, Chair; Priscilla Mileski, Vice Chair; Sandy Simpson, Secretary; Gene Magrary, Fred McNeil, Ryan Holgreve, and Rich Ryan, Members; and Norma Robinson, Administrative Assistant.
Review of Previous Minutes:
a Minutes from the March 2,202lTree Board meeting were emailed for review.
The March 2,2021minutes were approved at the April 6,2021 PAB regular meeting.
Appearances:
a None Tree Canopy:
a Mr. Whitehill previously emailed the PAB a link to both the 201 9 and 2021 Tree Canopy maps for review and to see growth comparisons. He discussed the maps and change in growth at both North Brook and Symphony Village.
New Business:
a Mr. Whitehill stated that he is working with the Town to obtain seedlings or trees to replace the dead trees along Millstream Trail. Arbor Day will be celebrated on Friday, April 29,2022.
Ms. Simpson will contact the school to include the students.
Discussion:
a None There being no further business, Ms. Mileski made a motion, which was seconded by Ms. Simpson, to adjoum. The Tree Board meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
