This is the agenda for the Centreville Economic Development Authority (CEDA) meeting on July 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Centreville Wharf Building. The meeting will open with housekeeping (recording reminder, CEDA binders, and a working strategic-plan document), review June 23 minutes, and include citizen comment periods. Business items focus on reviewing the 2015 Market Study recommendations, discussing CEDA’s role and Main Street responsibilities (including the Main Street Board), and a presentation of the 2026 Main Street Market Study. Subcommittee reports are requested from Commercial Property Inventory, Town-Owned Property, and CEDA Development Strategies, and department head reports will come from the Town Manager, Zoning Administrator, and the Economic Development and Main Street Manager. The agenda includes recommendations that subcommittees and the Main Street steering committee meet in July/August to produce deliverables, that CEDA and Main Street hold a work session to add accountability to the Strategic Plan, and that both groups present a combined strategy to Town Council on September 17, 2026.
