NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by Waterman’s N. Liberty, LLC., Case No. V-03-26, requesting variances under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59(C) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville and Chapter 170, Article IX, Attachment 2, Schedule of Zone Regulations, to permit variances from the strict application of the required front, side, and
aggregate yard setback requirements and lot coverage limitations for the R-2 Residential District; and Chapter 170, Article IV, Section 170-42, Buffer Yards, to the extent determined to be applicable to this property.
