NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals
by Waterman’s N. Liberty Street, LLC., Case No. V-02-26, requesting variances under
the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59(C) of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Town of Centreville and Chapter 170, Article IX, Attachment 2, Schedule of Zone
Regulations, to permit variances from the strict application of the required front, side, and
aggregate yard setback requirements and lot coverage limitations for the R-2 Residential
District; Chapter 170, Article IV, Section 170-32 to permit a variance from the required
driveway entrance distance from side lot lines; and Chapter 170, Article IV, Section 170-
42, Buffer Yards, to the extent determined to be applicable to this property. The property
is located at 220 N. Liberty Street, is zoned R-2 Residential, and is further described as
Parcel 0856, Tax Map 044C, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.
The property is owned by Waterman’s N. Liberty Street, LLC.
