Oksana Chomenko, Case No. SE-01-26, requesting a Special Exception under the authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (B) Board of Appeals Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to permit the applicant to operate a short-term rental within an existing single-family dwelling, pursuant to Article III, Section
170-20 C.(6)
of the Centreville Code.
• The property is located at 202 S. Liberty Street, which is zoned R-2 and is further
described as Parcel 1027, Tax Map 044C, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Oksana Chomenko and Daniel Katz.
