Whitby, Case No. NC-01-25, requesting an extension of existing use under the authority of Chapter 170, Article II, Section 170-14 (F) continuing existing uses to allow placement of a mobile home within the current non-conforming mobile home park. The property is 311 Hammond Street, which is zoned R-1 and is further described as Parcel 1351, Tax Map 35H, Third Election District, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by BMW Investments, LLC. Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Liberty Building at 107 N.
