148-1 Prohibition
It is declared to be a public nuisance and unlawful for any person to urinate upon any of the public ways, alleys, sidewalks, or streets, public parks, or public off-street parking areas within the Town. For the purposes of this section, any off-street parking area used in conjunction with any business or businesses within the Town to which the public impliedly invited during normal and customary business hours and which is customarily used by the public during normal business hours is to be considered as a public off-street parking area to which this section applies.

Violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction, subject to the penalties provided in § 1-14.B.5.b of the Town Code.
