No. 839] 123-1 Smoking Prohibited No person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other tobacco product in any Town building, including but not limited to all the offices, hallways and rooms contained therein. No. 10-01] 123-2 Violations And Penalties A violation of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction, subject to the penalties provided in § 1-14.B.5.b of the Town Code.
